Katameya 40 — also written Katameya Forty — is the newest project from Katameya Group, officially launched as a boutique residential community on 37 feddans (about 155,000 square metres) in New Cairo.

Katameya 40 is developed by Katameya Group (formerly Starlight Developments), the developer behind Katameya Heights, Katameya Dunes and Katameya Creeks in New Cairo, and Katameya Coast in Ras El Hekma.

A refundable EGP 100,000 EOI fee, deducted from the down payment; then 5% down with instalments over up to 8 years, plus a 7% maintenance deposit.
The delivery date will be announced with the master plan and prices. The binding date is the one in the developer’s contract, so review the delivery clause before you sign.
